We do our very best to check and carefully package all items prior to dispatch, in most cases same day 1^st Class. In order for us to get the item to you as quickly as possible, often the next day, we urge you to pay for the item before 2pm Monday – Friday, and before 10am on Saturdays.

We post items six days a week and we always keep the proof of posting receipt.

All damages should be reported to us within 5 working days of receiving the item. Photo evidence of damage must be supplied in order for us to replace or refund.

If the item you are buying exceeds the value of £20 we strongly advise you to ask us to add insurance to post. (Please email us as soon as possible for this service, as we often pack the item immediately after auction ends).

We can accept orders outside the UK through Paypal only. Please ask for shipping costs before bidding or buying.

Please do not bid or buy if you do not intend to pay within 7 days of auction end. If we do not receive payment within 7 days, the bid or purchase will be void and the item will be re-listed (unless previously arranged and acknowledged by us)
