We post items six days a week and we always keep the proof of posting receipt.

Please report any damages asap or within 5 working days of receiving the item. May we ask you to provide photo evidence of damage in order for us to offer a replacement or refund.

If the item you are buying exceeds the value of £32 we strongly advise you to ask us to add insurance to post. (Please email us as soon as possible for this service, as we often pack the item immediately after auction ends).

We can accept orders outside the UK through Paypal only. Please ask for shipping costs before bidding or buying.

Please do not bid or buy if you do not intend to pay within 7 days of auction end. If we do not receive payment within 7 days, the bid or purchase will be void and the item will be re-listed (unless previously arranged and acknowledged by us).
