Falsifying or omitting contact information such as your name, address, and/or telephone number when registering on IWAC is not permitted. It is also not permitted to use fax or disconnected numbers as a telephone number. If you believe another member has breached this policy, please report them to us. For privacy and security reasons, IWAC will not share the result of the investigation with you.
| Why does IWAC have this policy? |
The success of IWAC’s marketplace is dependent on trust. Providing false contact information undermines this principle. Furthermore, trading partners need to be able to communicate with each other. False contact information clearly impedes communication between members and increases the likelihood of Unpaid Items, disputes, negative feedback and other problems. |
