(Q)Can I stop unwanted bidding members from bidding on my auctions?
(A)If you have had a bad experience with a member in the past and you do not wish them to bid on your auctions you can enter their name into your 'ban users' section of your login. This has the effect of stopping the member from being able to bid on your auctions. Hence, the user is 'banned'.

If you do decide to ban a user for any reason, please email abuse@iwacstores.com with all the details of the user and the reason(s) why you have banned them.

If this user gets 3 banned strikes against them they will then be investigated and have their account placed on suspension for review.
Accounts.
(Q)Why has my account been suspended?
(A)To keep IWAC as clutter free to allow genuine sellers a clean and efficient marketplace in which to trade, we ask all sellers to not break our posting rules found under our Terms & Conditions page

If any of your items cross this boundary, ALL your auctions will be deleted without notice and your account placed on hold. When you try and login while your account is on hold you will find you are locked out. To remove this ban, please email us support@iwacstores.com stating the item(s) you posted to create this ban and that you will not post such items any more. Please do not email us asking us what you did wrong, a simple apology will re-open your account almost immediately whereas a long winded email conversation will waste ours and your time.

If you state you will refrain from posting banned items and are caught a second time, the same will happen.

If you are caught a third time your account will be locked on a permanent basis. It is up to you to read the posting rules and abide by them, users are told about the posting rules when they start an auction. "I didn't realise" won't be a valid excuse!

Continuous negative feedback will also see your account placed on hold. Always make sure your first feedback is positive otherwise your account could be investigated.

Holders of multiple accounts will also be placed on hold.

Suspected bidders on their own auctions (shilling) will see their accounts placed on hold.

Users with incomplete address details will be placed on hold.
Webstores
(Q)What are Webstores?
(A)Webstores is a store option within the IWAC Site.

You choose the Webstores option to promote your website. There is a direct link to your website from the store page.
You set the description just like a normal store except you can have keywords linking to specific items in your website.

You only get one item to list on the IWAC Site and we advise you to use this as a marketing and advertising channel for your website.

The Webstores is one of 2 places that you are allowed to have outbound links from.

So what are webstores in 1 sentence?

Webstores are not for listing items in but are used for marketing and advertising your website for a small monthly fee.

(Q)What are the benefits of using a Webstore?
(A)Here are the advantages that IWAC Stores is offering for an astronomically low price:

Inventory control is a major issue for high volume website sellers who can spend hours a day just clicking through settings on thier websites controlling the inventory. Due to that they have no time to list products in alternative to eBay venues and continue to maintain an inventory on those sites because that would add even more time to thier inventory control. The IWAC Stores webstores has eliminated the stress of keeping a presence in different markets by linking directly to the website through webstores. Huge plus in anyone's book being able to control thier inventory in one place, thier own website.

Webstores provides you with a marketing channel at a low monthly/yearly cost that is unmatched on the web. The low cost webstores through IWAC Stores provides you with an additional source of marketing that is unique to the alternative auction site world.
There are many more great aspects to IWAC Stores webstores but all in all the most important one is bringing the Auction world and the independent Websites together in one place to buy, sell or market.

Whats more you get one single item to list on the main IWACStores site. You can use this to market, promote and advertise your site too. We advise that if you do this, to put in the 'Item Description' that the listing is a Webstore listing. This will solve alot of confusion for the 'buyer'.

You will also get your own Child Board within the forum to do even more advertising, marketing and promoting of new items, the items you sell, special offers etc the list is endless with what you could do within your board and listing.
