| Why does IWAC have this policy? |
Feedback is the foundation of trust on IWAC. Buying, selling or trading feedback undermines the integrity of the feedback system and decreases trust within the IWAC marketplace. Your online IWAC reputation, as denoted by your feedback score, should also be earned, not purchased. If you have information regarding a possible feedback solicitation offence, please Contact Us, and include any information (item number, user ID of seller, and etc) that would help us review the situation.
