Key concepts about IWAC
The following key points will help you understand a little bit more about how IWAC operates:
When you buy an item on IWAC, you are buying from another IWAC member, who is the seller. You are not buying from IWAC. For more key concepts on buying, see Buying – Overview.
IWAC is an agent for bringing together buyers and sellers. IWAC does not buy or sell anything directly.
To help keep you safe when buying and selling, IWAC includes tools such as feedback, a valuable indicator of your reputation for buying and selling on IWAC, and IWAC also include what is called an open proxy and country banning system. This gives us the power to stop an entire country from participating on IWAC. This also stops people from participating that use an open unsecure proxy system.
Make sure to keep your email address current. Having a current, working email is especially important on IWAC because email is used to notify you when you've purchased an item and to find out delivery and payment options from other buyers and sellers.
Step 3: Learn how to find and buy Items
