Wanted ads are a new and increasingly popular feature. As an advertiser you can list adverts for items you want and sellers can submit offers for items they are selling. It’s a quick, simple and hassle free way of sellers being able to meet buyers demands.
Advertiser (Buyer)
List a new wanted ad and wait for sellers to contact you with
offers. If you receive an offer your happy with you can buy the item!
Sellers
Browse the wanted ads and if you see one that matches an item your
selling make an offer and tell the buyer you have just what they are
looking for!
If you have spotted on item you would like to buy, you can
do so quickly and easily by following these steps:-
(1) Login to your
account – If you have not registered you can do so within 5 minutes (2)
Visit the item page (3) At the top of the item
description page you will see a “buy now box”, you can use the shortcut
link to the buy now box if you wish. (4) Hit the buy now button. (5) You will then be asked to confirm your purchase, once you have
done so your purchase will be entered and you will receive a
confirmation message.

Buying an item.
Looking for something in particular?
Well, start searching. Here's how you do it:
Search for an item.
In the Search box, type a keyword for
an item you're interested in. For a more detailed search, use the
Advanced Search option. Another option is to browse. You can browse by
Category, Featured Items.
You've found an item you are interested in.
Make sure you review the item, read
the details, look at the pictures and review the sellers' Positive
Feedback score. On the Ask Seller a Question link, feel free to ask the
seller a question in respect to the item listed. So, does it fit your
needs? YES! Then you are ready to bid or buy.
Buy It Now!
You have found the item you are
looking for. There is only one type of listing on IWAC Stores and that is Buy It Now. On items
with the Buy It Now option, you can purchase the item instantly without
bidding or competing with other perspective buyers.
Pay for the item.
Buyers must arrange payment directly
with the Seller. IWAC Stores is not involved in this transaction at
all. At the end of the auction, both the Seller and the winning bidder
will receive an automated email with the results of the auction. The
Seller will send the Buyer an email (usually within 48 hours) with
their payment options, shipping methods, shipping costs, and any other
information that is needed. The Buyer then pays the Seller directly,
via one of the Seller's accepted payment options.
Leaving Feedback.
This is where you let the entire IWAC
Stores Community know about your experience with a transaction. You may
leave feedback for any IWAC Stores member member you have purchased
from or sold to.
Registration is simple and only takes a matter minutes. To start
the signup process, click on the “register” link at the top of this
page. Only users with the age over 16 years are able to register. The
next step is to fill in all your information, failure to supply all the
required information will result in an error. By clicking on the
“Register” button from the bottom of the page you wil br redirected to
a confirmation page. Your account will be activated after you have
confirmed your email address. You will recieve a confirmation email,
you must click the link contained in this email in order for your
accounrt to be activated. If you have not recieved this email withing
24 hours, please email us to resend the email.
If you do not do this within 30 days we will act on the assumption
that you no longer wish to use our services and your account will be
deleted.

However the Preferred Seller Store option is a paid store option but you pay no site fees at all. The price for this option is just £2.50 ($5) per month. There are no other fees at all to pay. All you pay is the store fee per month.
Decided which selling option is best for you?
Well, start selling.
Here's how you do it: Decide which option, see above, is best for you. List your item(s).
Click on the Sell link in the navigation bar at the top or bottom of any IWAC Stores page.
You need to log in into your IWAC Stores account (see Register section to register with IWAC Stores if you have not already done so). IWAC Stores' Sell Your Item form will guide you through the steps of listing your item(s). Please see the Selling Tips section to tips on increasing visibility of your items. There are several options that have fees associated to them. Please review the Fee Schedule page to review these.
Set your Fixed Price or "Buy Now".
The Buyer will outright purchase the item at a fixed price. Listings can be listed with only a Buy Now option.
Determine the value of the item you are listing.
You will need to choose a suitable starting price.
If you're not sure, do a little research. Review other listings for similar products. By doing this, you can derive information needed for a successful listing. Look for starting prices and category placement from other Sellers' listings.
End of auction payments.
The seller and the winning buyer will receive automated e-mails notifying both parties of an end auction.
A seller should further this by contacting the winning buyer through e-mail with details on totals, shipping, and payment methods. A seller should also generate an IWAC Stores invoice from the members section within three business days of an auction closing.
Shipping item(s).
Once a payment is received, you need to send the item to the winning buyer.
Members Area
Once you have successfully logged in using the login forms from the
main page or from the login page (click on the “login” button from the
page header), you will be redirected to the members area page. This
page is divided into four tabs:
a. Bidding
On this page, you will be able to see the items your currently bidding
on, as well as the status of the bids, items you have won, and watched
items. By clicking on the “Auction Watch” link, you will be able to add
keywords for auctions your interested in. An email will be sent to your
email address every time an auction that will contain the keyword in
its name or description will be submitted.
By clicking on the “View Details” link from the Won Items area, you
will be able to see the details of the seller, and make contact with
him in order to perfect the sale.
b. Selling
There are three areas available on this page.
The “My Opened Auctions” area, where you will see details of auctions
you currently has open; if no bids were submitted yet on an open
auction, you are able to edit the auction.
The “My Closed Auctions” area, where you will see the auctions
submitted by yourself, and that were closed. You can choose to edit,
delete or re-list a closed auction.
On the “Sold Items” area, you will see the items you have sold, and by
clicking on the “View Details” link, you will be redirected to a page
where you will see the details of the buyer. If an end of auction fee
is set from the admin area, then the seller will have to pay for the
end of auction fee in order for you to see the buyer details. If, after
the seller has contacted the bidder, and no sale has been made, you can
claim back the end of auction fee. By clicking on the “Claim back end
of auction fee”, a claim back request will be sent to the site’s
administrator, and will be evaluated for fee refunding.
c. Feedback
From this page, you will be able to see the feedbacks you have
received, and leave feedbacks to other users. d. Personal Info
You can edit your personal information using this page, except for your
username. You can also change the password for the account. If the
password and confirm password fields are left empty, and then the
password will remain the same.
The item watch features notifies you of newly listed items which
contain “keywords” you have chosen. For example if you are looking for
a “Playstation 2” you could enter in those keywords from within your
member’s area. Each time a new item is listed containing the term
“Playstation 2” you will be notified via this web-site. You can enter
in as many keywords as you like.
Once a sale has been processed, both the seller and the buyer will be
able to leave feedbacks for each other. The feedback rating is from one
star to five stars, and a feedback comment can also be left. The
feedback can be left from the “Feedback” tab from the Members Area. The
feedback can only be left once, and it cannot be edited afterwards.
The site admin will reserve its right to delete malicious or untrue
feedbacks.
On a Dutch Item Listing, the seller has more items of the same product
for sale. The buyer will enter a number of items he wants to purchase and hit the Buy It Now button. The buyer(s) will receive the number of items they have purchased, and the
remaining buyers will receive the number of items still available.
