To report a member who is attempting to misrepresent themself as an IWAC employee or as another IWAC member please contact IWAC with the member's User ID or email address. For privacy and security reasons, IWAC cannot discuss the result of the investigation.
Personal information, such as names, addresses, passwords, credit card numbers, are confidential. Personal information can be valuable to individuals trying to defraud IWAC members. This could result in IWAC members receiving “spoof” emails requesting that they enter their personal information. IWAC will never ask a member to send confidential personal information by email. If IWAC ever does request such information, IWAC will always direct its members to the IWAC site. If you receive an email requesting passwords, credit card numbers or other confidential information, please contact us with the email attatched.
